• Execution of a contract: Provide the care services requested by the patient. (GDPR arts. 6.1.b and 9.2.h).

• Compliance with a legal obligation: With regard to the content, use and conservation of medical record data. (Law 41/2002, of 14 November, basic regulation of patient autonomy and rights and obligations in terms of information and clinical documentation; GDPR arts. 6.1.c and 9.2.h).

• Consent of the interested party: Transfer of data of the care process to insurance companies with which the patient has a policy in force. (GDPR arts. 6.1.a and 9.2.a).
